4E Imaging Limited is a toner cartridge remanufacture and a printing solution provider based in Hong Kong where our factory is located in Zhuhai city, Guangdong, PRC. Found in 2003, the factory has more than 150 workers and staffs. The monthly production capacity is 50,000 units. Our customers distribute in Australia, the North America, Europe, Africa and Asia and 4E has oversea business partners in Australia and USA. The factory has more than 70 models of remanufactured toner cartridges.

4E Imaging Limited Hong Kong office offers two different printing solution to customers in Hong Kong, namely PrintCare and Laser for free Supplies Program (LSP).

Customers signing up for PrintCare can waive routine printer maintenance fees permanently. Once joined our PrintCare, your overall printing cost will be reduced significantly. Not only does 4E will provide repair services when a break-down occurs, 4E also provides loaner unit service (i.e. an equivalent performance printer is brought to you when your printer is taken away for servicing). By ordering printing consumables from 4E, you will save more than 30% on expenses.

LSP is another innovative program. 4E shall provide a free printer (New or Refurbished) to customer with full maintenance service where the customer shall purchase our toner cartridges.

4E has both in-house and outsourced service team to perform rigorous proactive and reactive printer maintenance service. 4E has a sufficient printer loaner and parts pool and 4E ensures 80% parts availability ready for servicing customers immediately. 4E acquires professional delivery service that enables delivery can be made within 4 days upon stock availability.
